Zestafoni Central Stadium (30.06.2008)

The first team of Football Club Zestafoni, currently training in Turkey, continues preparation for its debut in 2008-2009 UEFA Cup. Repairing works on Zestafoni Central Stadium are coming to an end.

The team was accommodated in Hotel Patalia that is 80 km away from the capital Ankara, and is situated 1250 meters above the sea level. Furthermore, this is the hotel were Zestafoni players stayed last year, while training for the 19th National Championship.
It must be mentioned, that hotel Patalia has all the necessary conditions for perfect training and preparation. The hotel owns football stadiums, training facilities, swimming pools, etc ( see video material ).
On the 3rd of July, the first control match is to be held – competitor of the Imeretians shall be the acting champion of Azerbaijan, Baku club - Inter.
At the same time, 3 954 individual chairs (excluding the V.I.P.-sector ) have been installed on Zestafoni Central Stadium. At this stage the major works are completed, only minor repairing works are left to be finished.
