Georgian Cup Draw The draw for the quarter finals of the Georgian Cup took place and threw up some interesting ties. The first leg of the games will take place on the 18th February with the second legs on 8th March.FC Ameri will play Kolkheti Poti who finished 8th out of 16 in the first stage of the georgian league. Ameri have had an impressive start to their first season in the league and will go into the game with Kolkheti as favourites. League leaders WIT Georgia face Lokomotivi Tbilisi who have the meanest defence in the league conceding only six goals in fifteen games. Sioni Bolnisi will face FC Borjomi in what will be a close match. Sioni finished 2nd in the first stage of the league while Borjomi finished 4th. FC Zestafoni will face Dinamo Tbilisi in what will probably be the match of the round. Both teams were expected to challenge for the championship but suffered slow starts. However both are now waking up and have moved up the league table.
